Graduated in Architecture from the „Politehnica” University of Timisoara (2007), received the Master Degree in Urban Planning & Design from the same Institution (2008). As a student she had several international experiences including: the Socrates free – mover exchange student at the “Ludovico Quaroni” Faculty of Architecture, “La Sapienza” University of Rome (2005) and the volunteer work within the programs Historical Monuments Stage, Dijon, France (2007) and Built Heritage Conservation Training Centre-Bánffy Castle Bontida, Romania (2004) coordinated by Fondation de patrimoine REMPART and The TRANSYLVANIA TRUST Foundation &The Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC).
In 2010 she graduated the Business and Commercial Operations in the European Union course from the British Academy of Business and Communication in Iasi, Romania. The same year she took over BONDSTUDIO and carry on working ever since.
Raluca Pescar has continued the academic trainig by attending the Master in Law – Specialization in Administrative and Fiscal Litigation courses, graduated in 2019, at the West University of Timișoara.
